Hôtel Club Les Colombes

The pool was spacious and clean, and the aqua gym was fun, though it got a bit crowded around 11:30 am. The kids' pool was tiny, dirty, and full of chlorine. The beach was nice but small, and guests couldn't go beyond the barriers. Our room had plenty of space, but it was filthy when we arrived. We were told housekeeping would come the next day, so we had to sleep in the mess. The furniture felt like it was from the 90s. The tiny TV had a broken remote and decade-old stickers over its dusty screen. The bathroom floor was flooded, the shower only had cold water, and the toilet seat was broken. Food choices were limited: cold salad, harissa, strange Tunisian pasta, and overcooked chicken. The pizzas tasted awful, and I waited ten minutes just to get two slices. The cooks were rude and wore dirty clothes, which made me worry they didn't care about hygiene. Although the restaurant was meant to close at 2 pm, staff turned us away at 1:45, saying it had closed five minutes earlier. They could at least have offered us some pasta. Service was miserable, especially at the bar. The staff were mean and gave us hostile looks when we asked for anything. To get bottled water, we had to go to reception for a ticket, return to the bar, and hand it over. You could only get one ticket a day, and the water they gave us was hot. We also had to pay for coffee despite having an all-inclusive booking. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at so far. We cancelled our booking and moved to another hotel. It was an awful, overpriced holiday, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. I'd rate it 2 out of 10, and think it should be a one- or two-star hotel, not three stars. The reviews seemed fake.
