The hotel has a peaceful, relaxing feel, and despite that, there's plenty to do, especially for kids. The staff were professional, welcoming, helpful, and always smiling, and they really made a difference. The place feels luxurious without being pretentious. We spent three lovely days at Sentido Marillia as a couple. Our room was comfortable, well organised, and impeccably clean, with a lovely sea view that made the mornings and evenings special. Highly recommended for couples wanting a quiet break or families looking for activities and great service.

We didn't feel we'd been treated fairly as guests, and several promises or expectations weren't met. What disappointed us was not just the service, but the lack of transparency in how situations were handled. Communication was often unclear. Instead of working through problems professionally, the staff's attitude made things more frustrating. A hotel should make guests feel welcome and respected, but we didn't feel that here. I hope management improves its professionalism and honesty toward future customers. Based on what we experienced, I can't recommend this property.

I really loved my stay here. The rooms are new and clean, the food is very good, and the staff are friendly. I had a garden view with the pool and a sea view. A perfect hotel for a couple, and I really recommend it.

Dalila🤍💕 made a lasting impression during my stay. She was our room attendant, and her kindness and natural hospitality meant a lot. Every day she went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, always with genuine warmth. Dalila is a real asset to the hotel. If I come back, I'd choose to stay in her area again without hesitation.
