Breakfast was enjoyable, and most of the staff were helpful, but the security person at the front wasn’t. A family was struggling with luggage and a stroller on the stairs, and he didn’t offer to help. I found that rude. The room was okay, though it didn’t look like the updated room shown in the Booking pictures. The smoke detector’s blue light was far too bright right above the bed, and the hotel next door was really loud and annoying. I also find it odd to have to pay for towels after paying for a room.

The rooms were tiny, and they didn’t clean mine during the four days I stayed. There were no towels either. When I asked, they said I had to pay 5 TND. There were no activities at the pool.

There’s no elevator to any floor, and the air conditioning setup in the two-room apartment was frustrating. We were only three people, but I took the apartment, and switching on one of its three units made the other two blow hot air. The reception staff were friendly, just very slow. Checking in took me an hour. Apart from that, it was fine, so three stars.

The pool is amazing, and there’s a beach right next door, with a cafe and restaurant beside the hotel too. The location is very good, and the rooms were clean and a good size. I recommend it for singles and families. Thank you.
