The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained, with dim lighting and cheap bedding. Housekeeping only got things done when I kept chasing them. The food was stale and cold, which is completely unacceptable. I asked several times to change rooms, but staff kept telling me “tomorrow” day after day, without making a real effort to help. They were extremely unprofessional. Security also felt nonexistent, since anyone could walk in freely as if it were a public place. The pool lights go off at 8 PM, and there's no lighting at the beach at all. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The toilet was filthy from the previous guest, and there were no towels, shampoo, or soap when I got to the room. The water had an aftertaste. I think it was seawater filtered quickly with chlorine. I complained for two days before he finally brought soap and shampoo. The waiter and chambermaids were another problem: when they mop or wipe the table, there's a terrible smell. I couldn't stay there and left right away.

How does this place even have four stars? It was a total mess and everything felt trashy. Worst hotel I've ever set foot in. Don't come here, ever.

The beach is stunning and just a short walk from the hotel, and we had a great sea view from our room. Staff were really friendly and accommodating, and we had a great stay overall. The place seems to be coming along. The food needs a rethink, though. It was the same thing three times a day. The entertainment repeated the same show over and over during the week, and a kettle in the room would be useful. There's a beach restaurant, but the food choices for all-inclusive guests are limited.

The gardens are beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the sea views are stunning. It's right on the beach. Highly recommend 🤩.
