Mövenpick Hotel Gammarth Tunis

The staff made an even bigger impression on me than the hotel's magnificent view. Mr Adel, the Concierge Supervisor, has come to the rescue more than once, thanks to his experience and great communication. Ms Haifa at reception was sweet, helpful, and very professional. The morning restaurant team works really hard, and housekeeping were kind, clean, and helpful. The rooms are getting older and will need renovation soon. The service and food were excellent. Yasmine,Akram and Ashour went the extra mile explaining the menu and doing their best to make the meal enjoyable.

The people here made the biggest difference to our stay. Everyone in both restaurants, including Ramzi, Hussein, Helmi, and Jihed, was exceptional. Nouri cleaned our room so well and was one of the sweetest people we've met. As we were getting ready to leave, she knocked on the door just to compliment me. Those small gestures left us with a lasting impression of the property. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a huge pool, a lovely beach, and clean, spacious rooms. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the outdoor terrace had a stunning sea view. Wahid picked us up at the airport, then drove us back at the end of our stay, stopping at the post office so we could buy stamps and mail our postcards while we waited in the car. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Siham and Azim made us feel welcome every day. Adel Neffati, the chief concierge, was very helpful and arranged two wonderful tours with a knowledgeable, philosophical guide. The staff were attentive, kind, and responsive throughout. The Mövrnpick Gammarth was a perfect getaway for us.

Our room had a comfortable bed and plenty of space, and the Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning all worked well. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of organic choices, and dinner had a good selection and subtle, delicious flavors. The service was professional and friendly. The hotel is elegant and modern, with a fantastic view. Still, the room could have been cleaner and needed some touch-ups. The small beach also had too much rubbish and should be cleaned, which was especially irritating from a beachfront room. Even so, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The concierge, Adel, helped make our trip especially worthwhile. He arranged two day trips to explore the nearby area, shared recommendations, and checked in with us from time to time. I'd suggest future guests contact him. The hotel is stunning and sits in a wonderful area. The beach and water were clean and peaceful, with lovely views of the sky. Adel and Chaima gave us supportive service in the restaurant, Walid handled room service well, and the lifeguards showed us how to unlock the door. The whole front desk team welcomed us warmly and helped whenever we needed it. Now that our trip is over, I can say the stay was exceptional, thanks to all the kind people there.
