The hotel was kept clean, regularly and thoroughly. It also had a lovely, charming feel, and the staff across reception, housekeeping, concierge, bar, and restaurant were warm and professional. We were greeted every morning, which made our stay feel welcoming. Thank you, Lela, for a lovely time here. I think some of the bad reviews come from people who are more used to soulless hotels and Airbnbs.

The rooftop pool area has a lovely view, and the location is very convenient. The Medina, bus stop, shops, restaurants, promenade, and public beach are all a short walk away, and the hotel also has a private beach. It’s a wonderful little find near the Medina. The rooms look like the pictures and are very spacious by European standards. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms. Naima and Sihem were especially friendly and helpful, and all the staff were pleasant. I’d recommend the hotel for its location.

The reception team were welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, even offering me a refreshing drink while I waited. They were accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of. Special thanks to the woman at reception, who helped when I needed it and had my room cleaned before I returned. Everyone was kind, supportive, and helpful. Great staff and impeccable service.

Mr. Hatem arranged a late check-out that worked with my flight, which I really appreciated. The staff were kind and professional throughout, and Mrs. Laila and Mrs. Siham at reception deserve a special thank you for making me feel welcome. My room at La Résidence Hammamet was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.

Being right in the city center made it easy to enjoy everything nearby, from restaurants and coffee shops to the Medina. I had a great stay in Hammamet and will definitely come back. Tunisia is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited, so I’m already counting down the days. The staff were attentive and so friendly. Josein helped with my luggage when I arrived and was always kind, and Layla was lovely and accommodating. Thank you both for your thoughtful hospitality and care. 😁🥲😊
