Yasmine Beach - Families and Couples

The service was unfriendly and unprofessional. It took far too long to get simple things like clean towels, and staff seemed bothered by requests. The food was terrible, with very limited choice and poor taste. Some dishes looked as if they’d been sitting out too long. Our room was dirty from arrival, dusty throughout, with a poorly cleaned bathroom and a sticky floor. There was no fridge, and no air conditioning, so it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We complained several times, but nothing changed. For a place claiming to be four stars, this was far below average and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The beach needs regular cleaning and wasn’t very clean. Local sellers kept bothering us, acting like they were friends before trying to draw us into shops to buy fake goods. Groups of men hanging around made me uncomfortable, so you have to stay alert. I wouldn’t consider it a place for young women, who may get leered at.

The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is old. There were two of us and we got just one towel, the bathroom was broken, and the AC didn’t work. The food was horrible. I don’t recommend this hotel. Its only advantage is the location near Cartage land and the Mall.

The daytime entertainment was nice, but that was about the only good part. The food was just mid, the slide pool was filthy, and the halls were dirty and noisy. At 3 am I woke up because some idiot was blasting music next to our room. Most staff seemed like young adults without experience. One worker wanted to take my bed from the room, and it didn’t even have sheets. This place doesn’t deserve its rating, it feels more like a two-star hotel.
