The worst part of my stay was that reception kept my passport for five days and wouldn't give it back, even after I asked repeatedly. It caused huge stress, disrupted my plans, and made my vacation a nightmare. No hotel or employee should hold onto a guest's travel documents, and this may be illegal. I'd avoid this hotel over that alone. I had also paid for all-inclusive, yet beach towels and basic toiletries only showed up several days later, after I kept chasing housekeeping. The service felt careless and unprofessional. The hotel might be tolerable if your expectations are very low, but I strongly urge people to stay away. Your documents and peace of mind aren't safe here.

The value for the price isn't good, so I wouldn't recommend it. There's entertainment only for kids. The beach is dirty, the pool closes early, there's no internet in the rooms, and the wait for food is too long.

Apart from these problems, the stay was kind of okay, but it doesn't deserve three stars. The shower in particular was dirty, and the buffet was covered with flies at all three meals each day. Coffee wasn't part of the all-inclusive offer, and the seaside was smelly and full of seaweed.

For me, it was okay, and the staff deserve a lot of thanks for their work. This is a basic hotel with very nice staff, an okay pool, and a beach that suits children. It could be cleaner and the food could have more variety, sure. But if you book a three-star place in North Africa, this is what I expect. If you want a five-star experience, don't book a three-star hotel.

The price doesn't match the quality of the work. The staff need changing, and the whole hotel needs renovating, especially the old, poor rooms and bathrooms.
