The pool was the only part I found moderately enjoyable. Locals we asked outside the hotel laughed and said it was one of the two worst hotels in the area. Our all-inclusive meals were so poor that we ate outside most of the time, and even water wasn't free. The service was disappointing too. We asked several times for toilet paper and towels, but only got them after a frustrating two-day wait. They also promised an extra single bed because the room was too small, but never provided it. There were mosquitoes in the rooms, though the air conditioning did work. The corridors had a bad smell that lingered throughout the hotel. They were cluttered with dead cockroaches, damaged walls, and dried paint on the floor. The cleaning situation didn't improve during our stay. I strongly caution against staying here if you're visiting Tunisia.

The reception lady was helpful and nice, but she couldn't do anything. We spent the day running around trying to find a better room, and none had air conditioning. The rooms smelled really bad, and the pool was filthy, with a disgusting floor. Lunch and dinner were sardines and one chicken wing, while the all-inclusive bar was empty, with no drinks or alcohol. The owner refused to pay his stuff, so I don't blame them. This hotel must close down!

I've stayed here three times, and the staff have always been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. The food has been plentiful each visit, with something even our fussy kids would eat. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. I would have gone again this year if flights had been available. Some people's expectations are beyond belief, and their wholly negative comments aren't warranted.

The staff are lovely, and the pool activities were nice. There are also hotel-organized trips and activities like camel rides, a pirate ship, and quad rides. There's an in-house bureau de change. Air conditioning was adequate, but there was no working gym. Internet was down during our stay because of the provider, so I'd recommend getting an oreedo internet SIM or esim. Tap water at this hotel isn't drinkable. The food and cleanliness mean I wouldn't come back to this hotel, though I would still visit Tunisia. Tui and loveholidays UK were disgraceful to put their customers through this. We had ants crawling on the food in our rooms, no corridor lights, and loud banging at 1 in the morning. My children were scared and wanted to leave straight away. After we reported the problems to the manager, a lot of things were addressed. It can also be loud at night sometimes because of the music and activities. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and towels. If you're travelling with children, pack plenty of food too, as they might not like what's served here. Half board worked better for us, it was cheaper and let us try different food. The buffet breakfast wasn't worth the wait for cheese, salami, scrambled eggs, or pancakes, so I'd stick with croissants and coffee or tea. Dinner was nearly always roast chicken, which was the nicest option. The rest was hit and miss, and often unseasoned.
