The NINE Lifestyle Experience

A lovely atmosphere, with live bands, refined food, and a great selection. It’s also a true concept store bringing together artisans and their original, unique products. The decor has a distinctive blend of Tunisian antiquity and modernity, done with good taste. The best place I’ve ever visited, a must-see.

Our group of six waited about 40 minutes, but only four plates came out. The other two had been forgotten, so we waited another 20 minutes. When the rest arrived, the order was wrong, and the food was undercooked, as the picture showed. We’d ordered fried chicken and got grilled chicken instead. Neither the staff nor the manager apologized. I felt embarrassed in front of my relatives because I was the one who suggested the place. I’d never recommend it.

Style over substance. The hotel looks like the sort of place you see in TikTok videos, but it barely manages to accommodate you. The rooms are small and awkwardly laid out, with no fridge and no room service. The shower leaks everywhere, and check-in was messy and completely wrong. I don’t recommend staying here unless you just want nice selfies to post.

This was my second stay at the Nine Lifestyle Experience Hotel in Tunis, and it keeps getting better. The service and atmosphere are what bring me back. Everyone, from security and reception to room attendants and barmen, was professional, polite, and genuinely kind. The staff, women and men alike, are respectful, welcoming, and know how to make you feel valued. The hotel itself is stunning, with an iconic, nostalgic feel alongside modern, high-tech touches. It’s spotless and well maintained, and I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. The comfort, cleanliness, and little details all feel held to a high standard. I’ve traveled a lot, but this place stands out for its service, beauty, technology, and above all its hospitality. It’ll always be my first choice in Tunis. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
