Hotel Flamingo Beach

The food was a real highlight. Hela made anything we asked for at breakfast, including fried eggs and omelets, within minutes, and the dinners were generous and fresh. The garlic prawns were delicious, and the fish was fresh too. You could tell the dishes were made with care. Housekeeping was available daily if you wanted it and did impeccable work. Everyone there was lovely, from the bartender to the man at reception. Thanks for the warm welcome, kindness, and helpfulness. We hope to return. Flamingo is a small hotel, but it has a wonderful feel. It sits right on the seafront, with a private beach about 200 meters away, complete with parasols and sun loungers. It’s one of the island’s most beautiful beaches. There’s also a small pool at the hotel. We could rent a refrigerator for €5 per day, and the air conditioning was essential in the heat. A supermarket is a ten-minute walk away, and there’s a taxi rank nearby. We spent a week there and couldn’t find a single downside. The location, cleanliness, service, and food were all top-notch.

The rooms are lovely, spacious, and all set up for dining, and the hotel’s decor is beautiful. The food was excellent, so good that we ate there every night instead of going to nearby restaurants. It’s a friendly place where you feel at home, and the nightly price is more than reasonable, especially with such a generous breakfast included. All the staff were pleasant, helpful, and clearly dedicated to guests’ well-being.

We had a small scooter accident, and the team immediately helped us and even lent us crutches. Their kindness and thoughtfulness throughout our stay really touched us. A huge thank you for the warm welcome. We highly recommend this hotel!

The manager was an absolute sweetheart, always smiling and caring. The hotel was magnificent and spotless, with attentive staff and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. I had an unforgettable stay and would gladly return. I recommend it 100%!
