The pool and direct access to the sea were the hotel's best features. Our rooms were cleaned very well every day, and the little shops had kind people who gave good advice. One young woman at reception was cheerful and quick to respond. I think she was the only one, and without her, our requests might not have been handled. Still, this was nowhere near a four-star experience. We arrived at 1 pm but didn't get our keys until 15:30 am. Staff spoke very poor French and weren't good at communicating with guests. The restaurant was a disaster, with one line for the whole hotel. Cooks smoked in the corridor to the kitchen, and the waiters' clothes were dirty and stained. The tablecloths were turned over after each meal, but during our eight days, they were never changed, and we ate alongside visible dirt. Most plates, glasses, and cutlery were poorly washed and still had marks from earlier meals. Five of the seven people in our group became ill after eating the food. We repeatedly found hair and what looked like dust in our meals. There was pasta every day, with too little local food and too few different fruits and vegetables for a four-star hotel. With 40 °C outside, I wanted a cold Coke Whisky, but ice was hard to come by. The hotel was dirty and dusty, and nobody seemed bothered. The WiFi didn't work, so if you need to contact friends, budget another 20€ for a flea(chip). Aside from all that, everything goes well! Good holidays and especially, good luck.
