I suspect the reviews might be fake, and the hotel feels like a scam. I booked through booking.com but couldn't reach the hotel: they don't answer messages there, calls, or emails. They seem connected to travel agencies, but the agencies I contacted said they no longer work with that hotel.

Everything was fine.

By Tunisian standards, it's a very pleasant hotel. The food was tasty, though repetitive, and the animators were great.
