Rosa Beach Hotel

The evening shows brought a fun, lively mood, with music and plenty of laughs. The animation team were energetic, friendly, and respectful throughout our stay. I also enjoyed the bar, where service was good and the cocktails were very nice, making it a pleasant place to relax at night. At Rosa Beach Thalasso & Spa, the restaurant offered lots of choices at each meal, and the food was fresh, well prepared, and really good. The staff there were kind and attentive. Reception were professional and welcoming, and ready to help from the moment we arrived. It was a wonderful holiday, and I'd highly recommend the hotel for relaxation, fun, and good service.

The rooms were okay by local standards, though housekeeping could pay closer attention to the small details in the bathrooms. We had lovely sea views and a peaceful setting right by the beach. Everything felt welcoming and well organised from arrival. The staff were a real highlight. Everyone was polite, friendly, helpful, and smiling, and their warm, professional manner made the stay pleasant. There was a wide choice of fresh, nicely presented food, from Tunisian specialities to international dishes. Thanks to Mohamed Rezgui and Ludwik from the Bar. Most of all, thanks to the ANIMATORS, who did a fantastic job: Sam, Kiko, Karmelek, Lorenzo, and the Girls. And thank you for New Year's Eve 😘 Pati :)

The beach was small, dirty, and had rubbish all around, and the hotel itself is low standard. Still, the staff created the feeling of a great holiday, and we came home very satisfied. Reception were extremely kind, the restaurant food was great, and all the staff there were friendly. Mohamed Rezgui especially looked after us from the first day ❤️. Thanks as well to all the bar staff, especially Ludwik ❤️ and Mohamed ❤️. The best animators were Kiko, Sam, and Carmelek. They're incredibly friendly, full of energy, and really look after guests. They were completely professional. Thank you very much, guys.

We spent seven nights here over Christmas and came away feeling we'd been visiting family. The staff, from reception and the bars to the kitchen, entertainment team, and maids, were courteous, friendly, and professional the whole time. Sam, Kiko, and Karamelek were among the entertainment staff. Mohamed, our dining-room waiter, kept the table tidy every day, and it was always ready for us. Beer, wine, water, and children's cocktails were served with meals, something I'd expect at a top-tier restaurant and rarely see. Sabeur, who managed the bartenders and the shift, was very polite and professional, and brought a family feeling wherever he went. Lotfi served us on our first evening and made me feel as if I'd known him all my life. He respects his work, his superiors, and hotel guests, and treats the hotel like home, with guests as family. The food was excellent and varied, and we wouldn't have got bored. I had read reviews beforehand but decided to see for myself. In our view, the hotel deserves five stars. We've stayed at five-star places and this was just as good, in fact one of the best we've ever visited. From arrival to our last minute, everyone was helpful and treated us like family. They also arranged a surprise Christmas Eve dinner for us in the VIP room as Catholics, which was an incredible experience. For me, my family, and our friends, this hotel deserves the highest rating. If you've read negative reviews, look around and ask yourself whether you're perfect.
