Skanes Serail and Aquapark

The animation crew have been so much fun and are easily the best part of our holiday. They go out of their way to make sure everyone’s having a good time, and we definitely are! The food isn’t the best, but there’s loads of choice.

We booked three weeks and are ten days in, loving it so far. The entertainment team have made the holiday, they’ve been amazing and gone above and beyond with my three-year-old son and his new holiday friends. Wiwi has been so friendly and great at helping my son. Can’t fault the staff at all. A*

A calm, secure hotel in a beautiful spot, just right for getting away from the daily routine. The staff everywhere were very kind and helpful, and all the equipment was working, so I have no complaints there. There was plenty of tasty food, from red meat and fish cooked fresh in front of you to different chicken dishes. The only thing I’d improve is the heated pool, which could feel better when using the jacuzzi features. Definitely a good holiday choice.

I’ve stayed here many times and nothing else compares. I recently tried another hotel, but left after the first night and came straight back to Skanes Serail and Aquapark. The staff are kind and courteous, the rooms are great, and the air conditioning works. There are new plasma TVs, though if you’re from the UK, bring a firestick. The WiFi is free and actually works, unlike at other places I’ve tried. There’s a huge food selection, including beef, chicken, kebabs, pizza, pasta and Tunisian dishes, plus great all-inclusive drinks. Fehmi and his animation team are out of this world. They also have a nightclub on the far side that stays open until 3 am, so you can’t hear it if you want to rest. I can’t complain about this hotel and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Tunisia now that I’ve found it!
