I arranged my booking through WhatsApp and email, using the contact details from a business card uploaded by another reviewer. The room was big, beautiful, and unusual, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the room price, served on the rooftop terrace, and there was plenty of it. It tasted great too.
The rooftop cafe served breakfast with lots of variety, and the city view from up there was beautiful. I paid 100 dinars per night with breakfast included, which felt like very good value. This is a lovely dar inside the medina, and I found it easily using Google Maps. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well. The hot shower worked properly too.
We stayed two nights in this charming historic place in the Medina, and the managers were helpful. Oddly enough, the very top of the rooftop cafe is the coolest spot because of the breeze.
It’s an impressive undertaking in the middle of the historic Medina, and I wish them well. Still, the reception felt short on warmth.
We only tried the restaurant and café. The food and service weren’t that great.
