We had the whole restaurant to ourselves for my sister’s brunch at Palais Royal Hotel (before El Hamem), and the team set up the tables and chairs just right. Everyone was helpful, attentive, and kind, and the service was excellent. There was a wide range of delicious food to choose from. I highly recommend the breakfast, and this hotel is a great choice if you're organizing an event.

We stayed here as a family and enjoyed it. The location is very good, near the city center and markets, and we felt very safe. The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and professional, doing their best to meet our requests.

Clean hotel, good bathroom, and an acceptable breakfast. I'd give it four stars.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I'd highly recommend the place. My single room was quite small, but it was clean and well equipped. The carpets in the bedrooms and shared areas look worn and could do with replacing.

I had reserved a restaurant table, but when I arrived they told me they'd given it to someone else. Very bad hotel.
