Cesar Palace Casino Hotel

This was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The mattress springs poked right through and the shower area leaked water. Noise came from both inside and outside. The windows were shut and wouldn’t open, but you could still hear the wind whistling through. The whole hotel needs an overhaul.

My nine-year-old son and I stayed for two weeks over the summer holidays, when most hotels are unaffordable. For the amount we paid compared with other places, I think it’s good value. Is it really a four star hotel? Maybe not. But the service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a smaller hotel with a family feel, which I appreciated as a single parent. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly every day. The sweet lady at reception or the security guard would answer questions and help us out. The pool is small, but the beach is great. There’s a nice café and bar with food, and attentive staff and security were around day and night. For what it costs, I’d definitely say go for it.

The toilet in our room was broken, and there was a strong smell inside. Traffic noise came through the windows all night since they weren’t soundproof, so the room was awful. Reception service was bad too, the guy had a very disrespectful attitude. Nothing about the stay was good, and I won’t come back.

There was public hair on the bed, and most of the chairs had cigarette burns. The place was dirty, the food tasted terrible, and the staff were rude. The hotel literally stinks. The restaurant’s “panoramic view” photo says it all, ha, not at all. One star at best. Stay far away.
