From the sixth floor you can even see the Mediterranean, and every person we dealt with at Hotel Pacha was welcoming, from the 24-hour reception to breakfast and housekeeping. The hotel is clean and close to the impressive old city wall of Sfax, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and boutiques nearby. A couple of things to know: the WiFi could be better, and if you sleep with the window open, the noise may bother you. Thanks to the whole Hotel Pacha team, especially Schiraz Ben Hamadou.

The location was the best part for me. The room was clean, the service was pleasant, and the food was okay. For this price range, I definitely recommend it.

The pillows have yellow sweat marks, and the towels look a century old. With cleanliness especially important during corona, it's disappointing that the place was unclean.
