There was loads of food to choose from, and the staff were professional, efficient and went beyond what was expected. They were always ready with helpful ideas about where to go and what to do. The animation team were brilliant, with entertainment every night and something for everyone. Had a fabulous time and will be back.

We aren't even home yet and are already looking forward to coming back. A lot has changed since our first visit, but the changes seem positive. Angela from Customer relations listened when I talked about them, and she'll hear you out if something's wrong. Some familiar animation faces are gone, but the new people are great too. It felt like coming back to family. They remembered us and greeted us warmly. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the maid kept it that way with extra care. We always ate well and never went hungry. The waiters and bar staff made sure we had a drink when we wanted one, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Rayan, our morning and afternoon waiter, was especially pleasant and helpful. Thanks, Marhaba Royal Salem, for another fantastic holiday. See you soon! 😁

The pools, gardens and entertainment made for a fun, relaxing atmosphere, and there was plenty of food to choose from each day. Our room was comfortable and well looked after. Marhaba Royal Salem is a beautiful, clean hotel right by the beach. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I had an amazing stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse. Can't wait to return.

Will brings a lot of energy to every activity and always gets people laughing. He's friendly, funny and creates a great atmosphere day after day. Things are more fun with him around. He's the best entertainer at the hotel!

The evening entertainment was the letdown. This week it felt as if the guests were entertaining ourselves, while the entertainment team were having fun among themselves. That's disappointing from a team meant to entertain guests. The hotel is close to the beach, with lots of outdoor space for sun or shade and several different pools. The bar, restaurant and pool staff are a credit to the place.
