The beach, lovely water, and perfect climate made for a great holiday, and the price is hard to beat. The animators were energetic and friendly, spending all day keeping guests and kids entertained at the hotel and beach. The bar staff, beach team, and cleaning ladies were kind and helpful, too. Reception was the one part I wouldn't praise. There was always something to eat, even for picky eaters. Sometimes the food line took a little while, but the staff did their best to keep it moving, and we weren't in a rush anyway. I really liked the hotel and wouldn't change it. I'll definitely come back next year.

The restaurant was average, though the food was tasty and varied. The pool was clean, and the private beach had nightly parties for children. But for a room booked for five, we got only four beds, one towel for all of us, no soap or shampoo, and not a single working lamp. This is a mid-level hotel, no more than three stars. I hope its services improve.

The location is excellent, with easy access to a lovely beach, but the resort was a big disappointment. The hotel is dated and falling apart, and needs a complete renovation. There’s litter everywhere, and nobody sweeps it up, so it blows around the resort. The restaurant and bars have no order, and queues are chaotic or barely exist, partly because too many locals use the hotel. I don't recommend staying here. It's worth paying more for a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Our room was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. The TV didn't work, and whenever we asked staff for help, they'd just say “wait” without doing anything. I had a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
