It's a peaceful, comfortable place for a relaxing vacation, and I really appreciate that they don't serve alcohol. I highly recommend it for a trip with family and friends.

The rooms are showing their age, though the service is excellent. Meals are the letdown for me, and seem to get worse each time I come back.

The reception staff left me with a really bad impression. I called just to ask whether I could get water at the hotel to take my medicine, and the receptionist cut me off abruptly and spoke disrespectfully. A courteous answer would've been enough. I've stayed in plenty of hotels, but never had customer service this poor before. I won't come back here.

This hotel was a nightmare. The room was poorly cleaned, with a broken safe, no light in the toilet, and a dirty, old fridge. The lobby bathrooms were also always filthy, with water on the floor, no toilet paper, and worn-out, broken equipment. There were no paper towels, and after midnight the hotel couldn't provide a bottle of water. The restaurant was disgusting and the water dispensers were dirty. The reception staff were extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances.

Everything was good overall, and it’s family-friendly with no alcohol. Just plan on arriving after 2 PM: I got there at 10 AM and had to wait four hours for my room.
