Mrs Latifa is a very nice owner, and the place feels completely secure. The living room is huge, the bedrooms are nice, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. I recommend it.

The apartments are clean and spacious, and this is a great residence for a family stay. It's close to a private beach and shops. I'd recommend it 100%.

I invited a Syrian friend who lives in the Netherlands to come to Tunisia with her family, and booked a week through the Airbnb app. The owner seemed quite good on the phone. Problems started on the first day when the water was cut off in the evening, and I had to call her over and over. I met her on the fourth day and said my family and I would be there for the rest of the stay, and that she was my friend. The Syrian woman was going to stay somewhere else because there wasn't enough to do. The owner said the booking ended on the 29th, but it actually ended on the 30th. I showed her the confirmation and she said, "I don't know, I might have made a mistake." She asked for my ID, which I gave her. That part went fine. But the other people there and I noticed she was acting strangely in the other apartments. She told us to leave the pool before sunset, even though she'd let us swim until 9 PM before. On the last day she called, shouting and insulting us. She said my brother had smoked in the garden and littered, and had left the apartment with a drink that cost no more than 2 dinars, even though we'd paid 1112 euros. She told me to leave immediately, a day before the rental ended, so we left at 11 PM. I messaged her on WhatsApp to say I'd take the necessary steps with the booking app. She only replied two days later, with insults and threats, as the screenshot shows. I advise no one to go there. The owner of the place is crazy. There was a 40 euro cleaning fee, but nobody actually cleans. No towels, dishwashing products or cleaning supplies were provided. In a three-bedroom apartment there were only two air conditioners, leaving two bedrooms without air conditioning. There was no internet unless you asked for it and paid 25 dinars. I don't know why, but 1112 euros apparently wasn't enough for free internet, though she did provide a router when we asked. There were no private parking spaces, so you had to park on the sidewalk. The pool was tiny, really tiny, and smelled of bleach, and I mean bleach, not chlorine. Absolutely horrible. 🫥
