The pools and beach were spectacular, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the only meal we thought was decent, though. Lunch and dinner were barely edible. Be careful with excursion reps and haggle for the best price. On the pirate ship trips, the staff made crude gestures to songs that weren't appropriate for children, so those excursions weren't always child-friendly. Our family of 14 stayed for seven days in August 2025, and the cabin was disgusting. There were ants, the AC broke several times, and the sink kept blocking up. The bathroom was mouldy, the bathtub cracked, and we felt dirty after showering. This place is nowhere near a four-star hotel. I wouldn't recommend the resort or come back.

There weren't enough plates, glasses or cutlery at meals, and there wasn't enough food either. Eating felt like a fight. The pool water was white and looked wrong, so we stayed out of it. Ants were in the room and there was mould in the bathtub. At reception, they overcharged us about 15 dollars in taxes. When we asked about it, they laughed. We spent one day here before leaving for another hotel because we were afraid of getting an infection from the food, dishes, shower or anything else. Everything felt dirty, even the reception chairs, and we were afraid to touch things. About 95% of the guests were local people. I've visited Tunisia several times and know standards here are usually lower than in Europe, but this hotel was horrible even by Tunisian standards. Local people also seem to think badly of it. The hygiene was completely inadequate. If you want to save your nerves and money, don't stay here. You'll be disappointed.

The bar staff and animation team are doing the best they can with what they have. The place really needs a big investment, and then it might be somewhere worth going. Until that happens, I'd avoid it. I wish I'd paid attention to the reviews.

The pool and entertainment crew were the only real positives. They did a great job with the show and kids' disco. The rest felt like a rip-off: our rooms were in poor shape, there was no water that day, and the AC barely worked in three rooms and leaked. Drinks were seldom cold, the food was awful even though it mostly looked fresh, and the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Service was poor, and the manager was rude and tried to intimidate guests who complained. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be back.
