This is my first impression, and we’ll see how the rest goes. I knew hotel rooms could be bad, but I never expected one to be this bad. It’s the worst room I’ve ever stayed in.

I stayed two nights, switching between a first-floor room and a third-floor room. Both were clean, the service was okay, and the food was very good. Drinks weren’t included with dinner, but we’d been told that before arriving. Still, when I tried to buy one during dinner, I was told to go upstairs to the bar. That seemed odd, so I gave up on getting a drink. I’d appreciate a few more smiles at reception, though it’s not essential. Thanks for a good stay :)

I never get tired of this place. However many times I visit, I still want to come back. I especially adore the bungalows in the residence area.

We arrived to find no towels in the room. After calling, we waited a long time, and eventually had to go to reception because nobody came. They also wouldn’t let my husband eat. A man yelled at us, called him dirty, and said other bad things. I feel Europeans are treated badly here. European people, don’t come. All the bad reviews are true.
