Oussema, the manager, was exceptionally kind and accommodating, and made sure we were looked after. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large balcony and lovely views of the town and sea. The beds were comfortable too, and housekeeping did a great job. We ate at the on-site restaurant, where the service was great and the food felt five-star. There’s also a café. It was my first visit to Tabarka, and Marina Prestige made exploring easy. It’s right in the town center, within walking distance of cafés, shops, the dive center, marina, and waterfront. The pool is very large, though it was closed during our stay. It looks fantastic, and we’ll enjoy it when we come back in summer. We’d stay at Marina Prestige again and recommend it for short or long visits.

The dorado was the best I’ve ever tasted, and the friendly staff and caring cleaning team made my long stay feel special. Everyone was so warm and familiar that it felt like home. The staff have been welcoming and helpful so far, and my room was clean, spacious, and really nice. The hotel is right in the center, close to restaurants and shops. I do wish it had a balcony and a pool. With those, it would definitely be five stars for me.

The place was so noisy, like a kindergarten full of a million babies crying at once. On top of that, service was poor and the staff weren’t polite. My friends and I were enjoying ourselves until they started asking us to pay before we’d even received our orders, and wanted the extra items on the table back while we were still finishing our drinks.

The reception staff weren’t cheerful or welcoming, and the food was a very small buffet. There was no water and no AC. It was a really bad experience.
