The guard was polite and helpful, and the location was quiet and peaceful, right in the heart of the oasis. But the hospitality was disappointing for the price. No one gave us a proper welcome or explained breakfast or the food options. Even though we were a married couple, we got two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double. I hope they improve how they welcome guests and communicate.
L Ilot was beautiful, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The owner and staff were welcoming and gave us great advice. My two dogs and I had a wonderful time. It's one of the very few hotels in Tunisia that welcomes pets. Such a lovely experience in Tozeur, with a great place and great people.
The service was fantastic, and the price was affordable. It's centrally located and easy to find. I slept like a baby both nights, and the bathrooms were really clean and worked well. What more could you want?
The grounds are spectacular, especially at night, and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The tents are beautiful, and each one has its own designated shower and toilet, which were clean.
L'ilot Palmiers was our favorite stop on our recent trip to Tunisia, even though we stayed just one night. The accommodations were really cool, the food was amazing, and the staff were great. Special thanks to Manager Rami, who treated us like royalty.
