I stayed for seven days and the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's professionalism made a good impression. Everyone was helpful and polite throughout, and I really appreciated how willing they were to assist. Hala from room service and housekeeping deserves a special thank you. She kept my room spotless and organized every day, and her friendly manner and attention to detail made me much more comfortable. A couple of things could be better: there's no complimentary drinking water or coffee in the room, so guests have to buy them, and breakfast was limited with little variety, especially over a longer stay. Still, the service from Hala and the rest of the team was a highlight.
