Yosra, one of the security staff, deserves a sincere thank you for how professional, courteous, and approachable she has been during my current visit. We’ve spoken only briefly on several occasions, but she’s always attentive, respectful, and confident. Her warm smile and friendly manner help guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive. Security staff often work out of sight, though their part in helping guests feel safe and valued matters a lot. Yosra’s dedication and pleasant way with people reflect very well on the hotel and its standards. She clearly takes pride in her work, and that hasn’t gone unnoticed. Please pass on my appreciation to her. She’s a real asset to the team, and her service has added to my positive impression of the hotel.

Four Seasons Tunis felt like very good value compared with the luxury hotel prices that have been rising so quickly in Italy. On our trip through Italy and Tunisia, we got to enjoy Four Seasons service for a surprisingly reasonable price. We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, hoping for a special luxury experience, and it became one of the most unforgettable memories of our lives, thanks to Ameni. For more than a month beforehand, I was arranging a surprise for my wife, including room decorations with outside vendors. Ameni helped me throughout by email with so much care and professionalism. When we met at the hotel, she made both of us feel genuinely welcome. She also bought an accessory I’d chosen in advance from the hotel boutique and arranged it beautifully in our room at just the right moment. I was deeply touched by the attention and care she put into helping me make that moment special for my wife. All the arrangements ended up being the biggest expense of our stay in Tunisia, but also by far the most meaningful and satisfying expense of the trip for me. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience. I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but Ameni’s kindness and professionalism moved me. I hope this helps her get even a little of the recognition she deserves.

We’ve already stayed at Four Seasons Tunis twice and will definitely return. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and it’s especially quiet in the low season. The rooms are lovely and spacious for a fair price. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and there are good lunch and dinner choices at the hotel too. The restaurant by the pool is beautifully decorated.
