I stayed for seven days and the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's professionalism made a good impression. Everyone was helpful and polite throughout, and I really appreciated how willing they were to assist. Hala from room service and housekeeping deserves a special thank you. She kept my room spotless and organized every day, and her friendly manner and attention to detail made me much more comfortable. A couple of things could be better: there's no complimentary drinking water or coffee in the room, so guests have to buy them, and breakfast was limited with little variety, especially over a longer stay. Still, the service from Hala and the rest of the team was a highlight.

The hotel is near the city, which was the only good thing, and at least there was Wi-Fi. I stayed two nights. The space was not bad, and the staff were friendly. I left my hair dryer behind, came back, and they returned it to me. The bathroom was clean, but the room wasn't, especially the bed. They didn't change the bedcover. Breakfast was very ordinary, and the coffee was horrible.

Breakfast was decent, and I had a comfortable stay overall. I was charged too much city tax, though. It's a reasonable 17d away. The hotel is relatively close to the airport, and I actually walked there, which took 1.5 hours 😅

The staff are friendly, and the room was comfortable with a nice balcony. It's close to the city center. For what a night's stay costs, the value could be better, especially when it comes to breakfast.

The breakfast wasn't good, and I wasn't happy with the location either. The TV in my room didn't work.
