Mövenpick Hotel du Lac Tunis

Breakfast was the best part of the stay, the food was brilliant and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was a little old but in excellent condition. The shower drain was slightly blocked, but staff fixed it and cleaned up within 15 minutes of me telling them. No complaints, just a pleasant stay for my family and me.

Reem from housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room clean and organized, and her care and professionalism made a real difference. The staff were polite and welcoming, and every service felt professional. At Mövenpick Hotel du Lac Tunis, I found the rooms spacious and comfortable, with a calm atmosphere suited to work or a leisure trip. The hotel is elegant and very clean, and its location by the lake comes with a beautiful view. I'd gladly return.

I stayed at Mövenpick Hotel du Lac Tunis several times during 2025, and each visit left me feeling at home and valued. That kind of hospitality is rare. The service was consistently kind and professional, and every hotel team did an outstanding job. A special thank you to Ms. Chymaa, Operations Manager, for setting the tone, and to Mr. Omar, Front Desk Manager, for his professional support. Housekeeping was always efficient and attentive. The restaurant team deserves recognition too: Mr. Atef Hdefi, Mr. Atef Yakobi, Yosra, and Nessreen all provided exceptional service. And thank you to Nadia, the bee of the kitchen, for the amazing service. Highly recommended.
