10/10
The hotel was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, and the restaurant had delicious food with lots of options. Its team were just as welcoming as the rest of the staff. From arrival, Tasnyme and Haifa made me feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality and excellent service, along with how smoothly check-in and check-out went, really set the tone. I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Tunis Lac Hotel. Thanks to the whole team for making it memorable!

I've been to this Novotel several times for business lunches, and the service has been impeccable each time. The team are friendly and quick to respond, and the greeters at the door are always cheerful and welcoming. The lunch buffet is worth recommending, with a broad choice of salads and international food, and the desserts are to die for. It's a great place for meetings or bringing special guests. I'd recommend it to locals and visitors alike. Thank you for the warm welcome, Novotel Tunis Lac 2!

The warm service is what made my stay stand out. Tasnyme and Haifa were kind, professional, and quick to help, always paying attention to the little details. I was impressed by how welcoming they were. Novotel Tunis Lac itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. I had a wonderful visit and would gladly come back. Thanks again to Tasnyme and Haifa!

8/10
The one drawback for me was the bed length. I'm tall, and my feet hung over the end, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. You may want to ask about a larger bed if you're tall too. Otherwise, my stay at Novotel Tunis was fantastic. The team was welcoming and professional from check-in, the hotel felt modern and clean, and the location was convenient with a pleasant atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well appointed, and the service, amenities, and cleanliness were all top-notch. I'd happily return to Novotel Tunis Lac 2 and recommend it.

The food was fabulous, both in taste and presentation. Everyone at the hotel, from reception to the restaurant team, greeted me with a smile and treated me with such politeness and friendliness. It was an amazing stay, and I want to thank the staff for the wonderful service.
