Staff were professional and lovely, and the hotel was clean and well presented. The rooms were nice, though dust on the outside of the windows blocked what could have been a lovely view. The floor mats were slippery, and I nearly slipped getting out of bed. Anti-slip bases would help. Parking may be tricky, as the underground area only fits about five cars, so you might need to find street parking some distance away. It’s a nice five-star hotel close to the high street in Ennasr 2.

The location is great, and the staff are too. As the name suggests, the hotel has big rooms that make you feel like you’re staying in luxury.

I’m not sure it’s a five-star hotel, since I’ve never stayed in one. But it’s very pretty, and the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The staff are kind and ready to help, and the food is nice with a good variety at every meal. I was sad there wasn’t a gym, but I still had a very nice stay.

The price is the only thing that feels five-star here. I came away feeling misled by the online rating and photos, because the value was shockingly poor and the hotel didn’t live up to its advertised status at all. The surroundings are run-down and neglected, and the location was terrible. At best, it felt like a two-star place charging five-star rates. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, or good service. 😩😩😩

After a long connecting flight, I was glad to get a few hours of rest in a clean, comfortable room. My mum and I spent one night at The Penthouse, and the staff were helpful and professional throughout. We didn’t like our first room, but Ms Rashida and Nasresdin at reception did everything they could to move us to a better one. The other rooms could use refurbishment in the same colour scheme, which might make them feel more open and inviting. A diffuser with essential oils in reception and the corridor could also make the arrival feel more pleasant. Thanks for a welcoming stay.
