ADAM Hotel Suites

The staff were the highlight for me, so professional, polite, and ready to accommodate what I needed. The place was clean and well managed, and I really enjoyed the food and the SPA. I had a great stay and will definitely book again. This could be my new home away from home.

Mr Marwen was especially helpful and supportive with everything, and the staff overall were friendly and attentive. My room at adam Suites was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities on site were fantastic. I had an incredible stay and highly recommend it!

We booked a suite with a kitchen and balcony, but the kitchen was useless for cooking. There were no pots, pans, utensils, dishwater, or even a microwave. The shower was cheap and cramped, with so little room that even a thin person could barely use it. We repeatedly asked for a better suite, and each day the staff told us the hotel was fully booked. It felt like they were lying to us. We would have left, but our booking was completely nonrefundable. We can’t recommend this hotel. Learn from our mistake and avoid it.

I can't say what staying here is like, but I wanted to leave a review anyway. My wife sings at the hotel several times a week, and of all the hotels in Tunis, this place consistently has the most genuinely friendly staff. They’re clearly professionally trained, but their warmth feels real, not just for show. I appreciate them very much.
