Vincci Safira Palms

The kids had a great time at the kids club and mini disco, and the animation kept things fun all the time. Food was really good. The pool is supposed to stay open until 6 p.m., but sometimes the guard shut it much earlier. Rooms are old and need renovation, with rust everywhere. Poolside toilets don’t close properly, WiFi is weak and often down, and the restaurant staff could be friendlier.

We had a nice short stay, and it wasn’t busy when we visited. Service was good, and there were lots of tasty options for both breakfast and dinner.

The animation team made our stay at Vincci Safira Palms memorable. Chiro, the head animator, brought talent, charisma, and professionalism, and Nino, Didi, Daddy, Faïka, Picatchou, Jamaica, and the rest of the team helped create a great holiday atmosphere. They were kind and attentive, especially with the children, who loved them. Daytime sports and games were fun, and the evening shows and parties brought plenty of laughter. There was something going on from morning until late, and every day felt special. We left with lots of smiles and good memories. Vincci Safira Palms is a great choice for a fun holiday.

We booked at the last minute and came with my boyfriend in January. It turned out to be amazing. It was a bit chilly for the season, but the indoor pool meant that didn’t matter much. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and dinner changed every night.
