I felt misled by the room photos. They showed a room with a sea view, but when I arrived, I was given a different room on the ground floor and wasn't allowed to stay in the one pictured. The hotel is also a long way from the island center, with a difficult stretch to get there. I left only a few hours after checking in.

The setting was peaceful, and the hotel felt warm and welcoming. If you choose a sea-view room, you get a beautiful view too.

The garden was a lovely spot to sit, and the area was quiet. We also had a great view, good Wi-Fi, and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent in both quality and choice, though it only starts at 9:00, so that matters if you're planning an early outing. The bed wasn't very comfortable. There was mold in the bathroom, which has no ventilation, and the sink and shower drains smelled when we used them.

We came to get a weekend break from our hectic life in İstanbul, and I ended up wishing we'd stayed a whole week. Our top-floor room was clean and thoughtfully decorated, with the wood and island style I really liked. At night, the city lights across the sea looked magnificent. The receptionist asked what we wanted to do and pointed us toward a family beach when we said we hoped to swim. We loved it. Breakfast the next morning was in the quiet backyard, with all the things I love at a Sunday breakfast, including homemade fruit jam and marmalade. It was such a beautiful morning. The staff were polite and helpful, and I had a weekend I'll remember for a long time. I know I'll come back, even in winter. Thanks so much for the hospitality 😌.
