The service was terrible, and now we understand why the shop was empty. We ordered a meat dish, but they said they'd run out because of the high number of customers, even though there was nobody there besides us. Something that looked like an insect fragment came out of our food. They said it was vermicelli, though I think it was a different kind. They could at least have come over to apologize, since customer satisfaction matters. The buttermilk was extremely tasteless, and when we added salt, other things fell out of the salt.

We only came for a day, but could easily have stayed longer. The rooms were clean, large, airy, and bright, and the owners were wonderful, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet, with items replenished as they ran out. Highly recommend! 🥳👏🏻

We ate in the restaurant. The flatbreads were too greasy, and one had a hair in it. Given the poor quality of the food and drinks and the service, the prices are much too high.

This family-run business is a reassuring place to visit with your family, whether you're looking for accommodation or food at the restaurant. Safranbolu is an excellent place for both. Thanks to Mr. Selim for his care and attention. We'll definitely come again.
