The staff were friendly and attentive from check-in and made me feel special. The hotel is conveniently close to the center, yet quiet and peaceful. My room was very clean, spacious, and modern, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. I’d definitely recommend it for the service, cleanliness, comfort, and caring staff. If I come back to this city, I’d choose it again without hesitation. It exceeded my expectations.

The room looked nothing like the photos, and I spent the whole night worrying that insects might appear or an animal could get in. The toilets were filthy, and there was hair and fur on the bed. Even if you only need somewhere to sleep, it’s not worth staying here. You can hear toilets flushing upstairs from the room, too. This could ruin your vacation. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
