If you're on your own, save yourself the hour-long walk. At the gate, security were extremely rude and said you couldn't enter, with no explanation. Three different men each claimed to be “the manager” when I asked on three separate occasions. I couldn't see any sign saying the place was only for families until I reached the gate. Apparently families are the only ones allowed in.

The staff were helpful, kind, and very service oriented. I didn't eat, and we left too soon for me to comment on the food, since the beach was completely blocked off. A thick wall runs across the bay all the way down to the bottom, so you can't swim or dive out of it. I don't know what it's made of, but the water feels like a pool with no chlorine to keep it clean. People had kids in diapers in the water, which felt awful in a closed-off area. I swim long distances and usually spend a long time in the water, but this was a nightmare. I went in once for just a few minutes and felt I'd wasted a beautiful day at a terrible beach. The music also got excessively loud at times, too much for a beach where people come to swim and relax. Quieter, more relaxing music would have been much nicer.

We paid the beach entrance fee, which was supposed to include an umbrella, but the one we got was useless. The beach wasn't full, so we moved to another umbrella. A worker came over, behaved rudely, and took it away. The way people communicate with customers here is appalling. They need to understand consumer satisfaction and how much it matters. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to deal with extremely rude people who have no idea how to talk to others. It's worth only one star.

We went there for the beach, but I really can't recommend it. The staff were so rude, and there weren't enough facilities to provide shade from the sun. The umbrellas and similar things were very cheap.
