Adana Kucuksaat Hotel

The room size and location were the only things we liked. For six days, our room was never cleaned, the sheets and pillowcases weren't changed, and the trash stayed there. We had to ask every day for towels and toilet paper, and staff kept saying they were busy. When we asked one woman for them, she gave us a rude look and tossed them over unfolded. The receptionist with glasses was especially disrespectful. Breakfast was very basic, with dirty tables, no staff around, and nothing replenished. Hot water was hard to get. It took about ten minutes to warm up, was still weak, and there was none in the sink. The bathroom had no lock, and smoke and bad smells came through the large gap under the main door. Our first room was filthy: dusty curtains, a dirty, smelly bathroom, broken furniture, and a strong cigarette odor that lingered all week. The fridge had old water bottles and human hair in it. We asked for a deep clean, but the staff member who came with a vacuum only cleaned the spots we pointed out, then left. After we asked to cancel, a man from staff checked the room and saw the mess. He moved us to another floor. It was a little better, but still smelled, the wardrobe was broken, and the bathroom wasn't clean. We accepted because we had no other choice. We’re sharing this so others don’t go through what we did. Our stay at Uyuroom Hotel in Adana was awful from beginning to end. We absolutely don't recommend it. Save your money and stay away.
