Good price, too. The people were nice, the bed was nice, and breakfast was nice. There was plenty of water from the shower, and the elevator, parking, room, and air conditioning were all very good. Around 5 am, the ezan from the cami was very loud for 3 ore 4 minutes. That's okay, it's a musluman country.

I had to stay here for 4 nights while I was dealing with an emergency dentist visit. Even though they knew I was in considerable pain, the staff were very unhelpful and offered no help.

My wife and I were comfortable during our two-day stay, and the manager was very friendly. The price was very reasonable as well. My complaint is the cleaning: the bathroom and toilet looked as if they'd been cleaned, but they weren't. The toilet bowl had only been cleaned on top, with the rest left dirty. I hope they pay more attention to cleanliness going forward.

The staff were very attentive, and the rooms were super spacious. They offer company discounts, too. A hotel like this would cost twice as much elsewhere. The carpets looked a little dirty, like they hadn't been vacuumed, but we didn't make a big deal of it. Niksar is a small town, and it's easy to walk around Niksar from the hotel. The owners are from Trabzon. It's a very nice hotel, and I definitely recommend it.
