Radisson Residences Vadistanbul

After a long drive from Sofia, we arrived at Radisson Residences Vadistanbul completely worn out, and there was a small problem with my booking. Ilayda at the front desk understood right away and dealt with it professionally and kindly. She got us into our apartment as quickly as possible so we could rest instead of making us wait. Her warm, accommodating manner turned the day around. The property is beautiful, and service like hers is why we’ll return. Highly recommend Ilayda and the hotel.

Yonca’s care made our stay genuinely memorable. She handled every request efficiently and gracefully, always with a warm smile and real attention to detail. Service like hers feels rare, and she’s a real credit to the hotel. The rooms at Radisson Residences Vadistanbul were spacious, modern, very clean, and thoughtfully set up for comfort and convenience. The property felt elegant, welcoming, and well kept, whether for a short city break or a longer visit. From our first contact right through checkout, the professionalism and warmth stayed consistent. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul for comfort, quality, and great service. We’ll certainly return.

During our stay in Istanbul, one of our friends had a panic attack in the middle of the night. The hotel’s response was quick and calm, and having such a prepared, professional team made a very difficult moment easier for all of us. Mr. Ismail was on duty and immediately contacted the hospital and arranged an ambulance. His care and reassurance meant a lot. We’re also grateful to the ambulance crew and doctor for arriving promptly and handling everything so professionally. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks for the hotel staff’s organization and humanitarian care.

The location is handy, within walking distance of Vadi mall and easy to get around from. It’s good value, especially for a longer stay, with spacious rooms, an equipped kitchen, and a washing machine in each room. Everything was clean and pleasant. Ms Melda from reservations was great to communicate with when we had questions, and the front desk handled check-in, checkout, and room requests efficiently. Thank you all.
