Romance Istanbul Hotel

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff greeted us so warmly each time, and even lent us a travel/tram card. We topped it up at the tram station up the road, then returned it when we left, which saved us having to buy one. The breakfast changed every day, with plenty of variety, and the service downstairs and for room service was great. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The first one we tried, 360 restaurant, ended up being our favourite. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team deserved one. We Australians don’t tip at home, so it felt strange at first, though we got used to it during our week in Turkeya and the rest of our holiday. Great location and really friendly people. 😎👍👍👍

We had a lovely short stay, and our boys already miss the made-to-order coffee at breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, and both meals were excellent. Our suite gave the four of us plenty of space and privacy, with a beautiful romantic style and great lighting. The bathroom had lovely towels and quality bath products. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Thanks for making our time in Istanbul so special. We’d recommend you to friends and family and hope to come back.

If I come back to Istanbul, I’d stay here again for sure. Senol and Furkon were especially kind and helpful, and seemed to understand what travelers need. The hotel is also very nice and makes it easy to get to most of the historical sights.

The staff were so friendly and seemed ready to help with anything. Our room had plenty of space, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect too. I’d happily recommend this place.
