Niza Park Hotel

The breakfast was poor, with very few options. In the room, there were no amenities, and it was too small. We asked several times to have the Safe fixed and were ignored. The reception guys were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to work, and the service was a disaster. Cleaners knocked every morning and were too noisy in the corridors. They should have hanging tags in the rooms so guests can say what they need for the next day and avoid being disturbed each morning. Don’t waste your money here, spend a bit more on somewhere better.

The neighborhood was quiet and secure, and the hotel is close to the metro, the airport (M11), and Taksim (M2). Staff were welcoming and polite, and the service was quite good. Breakfast was above acceptable. The only inconvenience was the small bathroom. I recommend it to everyone.

The only downside was a strange smell in the bathroom, which I assume came from poor ventilation. Keeping the door shut worked fine. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay for the price and it even exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English fairly well, and the location was fantastic, a five-minute walk from the metro station. Breakfast was simple, but delicious and well cooked. I’m glad I booked after initially feeling skeptical.

What a worthless hotel. The walls and shower were dirty, and the breakfast was good until they mixed tomatoes into the omelette. I waited ten minutes at reception after arriving while a young man relaxed with his friends on the terrace. My room was next to the elevator, and the noise during the day was awful. If you want to go to hell, definitely choose this hotel.
