Mary is such a friendly, lovely person. She was always smiling and helped us whenever we needed anything. The hotel should be proud of her. Her English is really good, and we loved her ❤️

The room was a bit disappointing: quite small, dim, and not as clean as I’d hoped. The staff, though, were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the main Taksim market, with good connections for airport transfers, trams, and buses.

Rabia and Marie were such friendly hosts, always ready to help whenever we needed them. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and close to Taksim Square with everything nearby. I also liked that it was quiet enough for me to sleep comfortably, since I’m not keen on noise. I’d book again and recommend it to everyone.

The best part of our stay was definitely MARY. She was one of the sweetest and most helpful people we’ve met, always smiling and ready to lend a hand. Thank you for everything, we’ll be back for sure. The room was clean and just right for two people. The bathroom was a little small, but the location was great and close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Marie and Rabia were caring hosts who helped with all our concerns and were available around the clock. The hotel is in a great spot in taksim, but it was quiet, with no loud noise. Our room was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend the hotel and its staff 100%.
