We’ve already stayed here twice and definitely plan to come back. There are shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and it takes about ten minutes to reach either the metro or the ferry, so getting around the city is easy. The staff are so friendly, and Emel, the owner, is always responsive and ready to help with questions. We really liked the hotel. Emel, see you soon 😊 Valeriy & Lena

The air conditioning worked well, the hotel is in a good location, and the staff were friendly. But the room was a mess: damp, moldy walls, very dirty, and so unsanitary that it quickly made me feel disgusted. The bed was broken, and the mattress seemed to have been through generations of use. There were no curtains either. At $50 a night, that’s outrageous. To the owner: I shouldn’t have to make a personal complaint before I can leave an honest review that may help other guests. Not all of the problems were obvious when we first entered the room. And it reflects badly on you if guests only get a better room after they complain.

Everything was extra ordinary, from the service to the very clean rooms. I’m picky about toilets and showers, and both were spotless with no issues. The staff were lovely too. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long, long time. Nothing but positives, you should try it for yourself.

I came to Istanbul for work and kept extending my stay until I’d been here for two months. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, and the hotel and its area couldn’t be better. I honestly have no complaints. This is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ll make sure to stay here again when I’m back in Istanbul.
