Fatih, who I assume owns the place, was friendly and quick to help. The room was roomy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It’s a small hotel in a handy spot in the old city, with tram and train stations nearby, though getting there with a heavy suitcase could be a struggle. I wasn’t happy with the towel service. The used towels were hung over the shower door instead of being replaced. There were a couple of other towels, so I used those on my second day. I’d consider staying here again.

Fatih and the rest of the staff were caring and friendly, and the private room was comfortable. The hotel is only a short walk from the old town and good value for the price. My one small gripe was the shower door, which didn’t shut properly and let water onto the bathroom floor. A little towel took care of it. Thanks for a lovely stay in Istanbul, I’d recommend the place.

The staff were really good, friendly, and quick to reply on WhatsApp. My room was spacious and very clean, with the basics covered, plus a fridge, tea and coffee, cookies, a kettle, and slippers.

The service was very good, and they did what they could to make the stay comfortable. It’s a very small hotel, though the online pictures, like those for many Istanbul hotels, look better than the place does in reality. Breakfast is served at another hotel a minute away, something the search sites don’t mention.
