The staff were kind, professional, and attentive all through my stay, and the service was outstanding. My room was well kept, and the atmosphere felt relaxing. The hotel is also very conveniently located for exploring Istanbul, with many main sights nearby. I had a truly wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the city in comfort and style.

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented, with what I needed to relax after a day of sightseeing. I found the staff genuinely friendly and helpful, always welcoming and ready to answer questions. Celal Sultan Hotel is in a brilliant spot, with shops, restaurants, and many major attractions about a 10-minute walk away. I could explore easily without transport. It was a pleasant stay, and I'd definitely recommend it to others visiting Istanbul. I'd happily stay again.

The front desk team were especially kind and helpful, recommending local sights and arranging activities for us. They booked a boat tour and a traditional Turkish bath, which made the trip smoother and more enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with good toiletries, fresh towels in generous supply, and a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep after long days out. Celal Sultan Hotel is within walking distance of historical sites and ruins, with excellent cafes and restaurants right nearby. We thought it was good value, with great service and a convenient base for seeing the city. We can't wait to return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

A fine hotel, with lovely staff and a great location. One thing to bear in mind: as far as I could tell, the rooftop was the only outdoor place to sit and have a drink. I was more focused on the sights, and in any case an April evening in Istanbul isn't ideal for sitting up there. A few times, the glasses served with drinks weren't clean.
