We chose this hotel for its location near shopping and the main attractions, and spent four days with no sleep, poor service, and terrible maintenance. There was no AC, and the room was in awful condition. They never changed the used sheets or towels, which literally caused a lot of skin allergy issues. We raised the hygiene problems every day and explained what was wrong. They acted like they'd fix things, but didn't bother to address any of them. After our experience, I read the genuine reviews and they were 100% right. I don't believe the good reviews are real. Don't fall into the trap and waste the energy you wanted for a relaxing vacation. We travel and plan trips around four-star hotels, but this place doesn't even deserve one star. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

I've been going to Hotel Broken Column every year since 2020, and it remains my favorite. The place works wonderfully for families, with a great experience for adults and children alike. I always feel welcome and well cared for, and the atmosphere and facilities suit families well. The staff are professional and provide excellent service. Comfort and safety for guests clearly matter here, which is why I keep coming back. I'm looking forward to my next visit and would recommend Hotel Broken Column to anyone wanting a family-friendly stay with outstanding service.

Getting to the monuments was easy from this excellent location, and we had a great time. The rooms were pleasant and average in size, and the facility was clean and good. The bathroom and toilet were also clean and fine, though older and needing some repairs. Rooms: 8/10. The receptionist and owner were great, while breakfast service was weaker. Service: 8.5/10. For a pleasant mid-range stay, I'd recommend it. Location: 9.5/10. Overall: 8.5/10. They could make a few small improvements.

Ozan and Malik at reception were legends and helped us throughout the stay. Everyone was friendly, pleasant, and helpful, and breakfast service was great. We booked three nights in May and had a great experience. They'd arranged and set up a baby cot before we arrived. The rooms were good, and not nearly as bad as some reviews make them sound. We'd definitely stay again.

This felt like a one-star or poor two-star hotel. The rooms were old and not clean enough, with a leaking toilet and lots of black mold in both the bathroom and the living room. Breakfast was very poor and didn't look fresh. Booking.com gives it four stars, which is fake. In my case Booking.com said it takes no responsibility for the description it provides. A good lesson. Don't even try staying here. Check the other genuine ratings. Booking.com is giving this hotel a fake rating.
