The Wi-Fi went out at night, and when I tried calling, there was nobody I could actually reach. When someone did answer, the communication was bizarre and unhelpful. In the morning, after we had been told we could leave two hours late, someone came to the door demanding 1000 TL as if we were being shaken down for being an hour late. He took the money, told us to leave within an hour, and walked off. It had already been one humiliating mess after another. We were sent to the Kartal branch, then told there was no room and made to haul our suitcases to another branch. They'd said the room had pretty much everything, but there weren't any pots, pans, plates, or even glasses for water. We were left stranded. I'd never pick this place again. You'd be better off sleeping on the street.

The cleaning was spotless, not even dust on the floor, and they even passed the white sock test. The tablets all connect to the internet, and there's a 185 cm TV, Samsung, Netflix, and YouTube. Add the tumbled stone walls, marble coffee tables, and glass bathrooms. Beyond perfect, a great business. 🙏🤣

I booked and told them when I was arriving, and they said okay. Then I showed up and couldn't get them to answer the phone. I don't get what kind of business this is. If they're like this before we've even stayed, what would it be like once we were there? These people are worthless.

We stayed here with a group of female friends, and there was nobody bothering us when we arrived. Everyone working there is a woman, and the staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the apartments were spotless, with a big TV, a fireplace, and a lovely feel to them. If we come back to Istanbul, we'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!
